Grapeseed oil contains powerful antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fatty acids that work together to fade dark spots and lighten scars. Together with fighting breakouts, it helps with sun damage and hyper-pigmentation and is compatible with oily or dry skin. It contains the antioxidant proanthocyanidin (pro-anth-o-ceye-an-i-din), Grapeseed Oil may help to even out skin tone when used consistently. It may very well be a godsend for those with acne-prone or sensitive skin, as well as those with eczema, psoriasis, blemishes, burns, scars, and stretch marks. The overall star ingredient is derived from the Cork Oak (Quercus Suber) tree. This skin-lifting and tightening active, is rich in suberin. To use: spread a small amount of the oil over your skin (approx. 4 to 6 drops). You can start by adding the drops to the palm of your hand and lightly rub together. Then gently pat and massage your palms over your whole face, neck, and decolletage. Allow 8 to 10 minutes (a cup of tea, time:) for your skin to fully absorb the goodies. You can then follow on with your choice of face cream if more moisturizing is needed, but usually, this is more than enough to satisfy your needs :)
